I am having trouble registering online. Can you help?
The online registration is for visitors only. If you are registering as part of an exhibitor stand, please reach out to your stand contact.
Once the online registration is open for visitors, the link to our Online Registration tool can be found on the homepage of the website.
Please note that there are two ways to complete your online registration:
- To register, please go directly to the website homepage to REGISTRATION and then fill out the left section.
- If you have not finished your online registration, you will receive by email a temporary access code, please log in by entering your email and the password provided to you by email.
If you do not remember your login or password, click on the link “Forgot Login or password” and enter your email. If you do not remember the email that you have originally used, please register by creating a new account as if registering for the first time.

What are the different methods of payment?
- Online Registration: You can register online and pay by credit card (AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD), PayPal or wire transfer.
- Offline Registration: You can pay by credit card (AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD) or wire transfer.
NOTE: For security reasons, we cannot accept any credit card data via email. Credit card information received by email will automatically be deleted and the contract destroyed.
What bank information should I use to process my wire transfer?
Please download the bank information here.
When processing the transfer, your bank may add charges and deduct this from the total amount. Please check with your bank in advance to ensure the correct amount reaches us.
What kind of information should I include on the wire document?
This information is important to enable us to easily identify your payment. Please include one of the following:
- Invoice number: You can find your invoice number on the top left of the invoice. Once registered, your original invoice is automatically sent by post. A client copy will be sent by email to the company contact provided on the registration form and if the email was provided.
- Order ID number: If you register online, you will receive a registration confirmation where you can find your Order ID number. Please quote this number as reference when processing your wire transfer.
- I do not have any invoice number or Order ID number: In order to be able to recognize your payment, please mention your company name as filled in on the registration form, the name of the participants registered, and the event you registered for.
*Special notice for UK, Ireland, Australia, and British Virgin Islands residents: When paying by wire transfer, the invoice number can only be sent by our UK office upon receipt of your payment.
If you register online, please use the order ID number and total amount included in the confirmation email to generate the transfer first.
Should I send a copy of the bank transfer?
Yes, it is necessary to send a copy of the bank transfer as proof of payment to our Customer Service ,including your company name, personal details and the event you registered for.
Should I bring a copy of the bank transfer on-site?
If the payment is done less than 7 days before the exhibition starting day, please bring a copy of the bank transfer as proof of payment.
Please note that we do not accept bank wire as payment method if you register only 3 days before the preopening day. Only payment by credit card will be possible.
If you wish to pay by check 10 days before the show, please bring the check on site.
A payment by cash will be possible only on site.
If you would like your invoice to be billed and sent to a specific address or contact, please make sure to fill in the section “Billing address” and “Billing contact name” when registering.
When will I receive an invoice?
Once registered, your original repayment VAT invoice and original client copy are automatically sent by post to the company address provided on the registration form.
The client copy is automatically sent by email to the company contact provided on the registration form and if the email was provided to us.
I did not receive my invoice, can you resend it?
If you need a copy, please fill out the Customer Service Helpdesk Request Form. Remember to include your company name, personal details and the event you registered for.
What if my invoice contains a mistake?
Please fill out the Customer Service Helpdesk Request Form including your company name, personal details and the event you registered for. Please mention the exact information that needs to be amended.
Can I cancel, amend or replace a delegate registration?
You can transferred your Esports BAR participant registration to a full-time employee of the same legal company and in the same country, at no extra charge.
To transfer or amend your delegate registration, please fill out the Customer Service Helpdesk Request Form. Explain the nature of your request, and don’t forget to include your company name, personal details and the event you’re attending.
If you are a VIP or a Hosted Brand attendee, please contact your sales representative.
What is my login and password for accommodation booking?
An access code is no longer required. Our new online accommodation booking service enables you to make your reservations in a few simple steps.

Please kindly note that our booking service and special rates are exclusively dedicated to participants.
Do I need a VISA to attend and can you help in getting one?
Depending on your origin of departure, a visa may be required to enter France. Please consult the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs website to find out which documents are required for entry.
The Visa letter can be downloaded from the registration email confirmation.
Should you need assistance to get a VISA, please fill out the Customer Service Helpdesk Request Form. Specify your request, company name, personal details and the event you registered for.
How can I collect my VAT refund?
Participants who are non-resident in France may be eligible for a refund on French Valued Added Tax (VAT) under certain conditions.
Please be careful not to lose the top copy (original repayment VAT invoice), which is the only document valid for a VAT refund request.
Duplicated and client copies, even certified, will not be accepted by the French tax authorities. Originals cannot be re-issued.

How do I unsubscribe to your communications?
This data is processed by RX France for the purposes of carrying out its contractual obligations: fulfilling request for information or content, registration for newsletter or promotional analysis and communications. Such data is stored for a maximum duration of 10 years.
You may exercise your right to access, obtain, correct and oppose the use of your personal data by writing to: www.privacy.reedexpo.com.
In case you are not satisfied by the answer to your request, you may enter a complaint to the French National Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés or CNIL).
║ Login & Onboarding
Upon registration, you will receive an activation link by email, together with instructions to set your password, to log in to the platform. Email may fall in SPAM folder, do not hesitate to search for it upon the sender name “email@example.com”.
To ensure best use of all features, we recommend that you use the Google Chrome browser.
It can take up to 24 hours for your registration details to be available in the Esports BAR Cannes Networking platform. If you are still unable to login after this period, please send an email to BARtender@rxglobal.com.
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the link “Reset password” on the login page
Enter your email address that you have previously logged in with
Click “Email me a password reset link” and go to your email inbox. Please check your spam box.
Once you have opened the email titled “Reset your Esports BAR Cannes Networking platform password”, click on the reset password button. It will open a new page where you can enter your new password twice and press the “Reset password” button.
To update your profile, you will have to log in to the platform using your login and password.
Then follow the steps below:
Click on your profile icon
Fill-out the different fields with your company and professional details
Upload your headshot picture
Save your changes and you are done!
To manage your availability schedule, you need to go to your profile and click on “Manage my availability”. Your availability calendar will appear.
Please note that the time indicated in your Agenda is your local time.
If you are booked for a meeting, the timeslot will be marked with your meeting details. If you do not want to take meeting requests on a particular timeslot, mark them as unavailable in a simple click.
When you are done editing your availability schedule, do not forget to click on “Save”.
To manage the notifications you receive, go on your profile page under the section “Manage Notifications”. Once you have made the changes according to your wish, do not forget to click on “Save”.
To change your e-mail address, go on your profile page under the section “Change Email”. Enter the new e-mail address you would like to use and save your changes.
║ 1-to-1 Pre-scheduled meetings
The 1-to-1 pre-scheduled meetings will take place over 3 days on-site atvPalais des Festivals in Cannes from 4 April to 6 April 2022.
From 28 February to 18 March you will be able to update your profile and do your preferences (preferences phase) by browsing through the attending delegates profiles.
Prioritize the contacts you wish to meet. 3 options available:
Must Meet --> Attendees you want to meet most.
Meet --> Attendees you want to meet.
No Thanks --> Attendees you already know, or you don't want to meet.
Select a maximum of 10 “Must Meet”, unlimited “Meet” and a maximum of 10 "No Thanks" to ensure the most relevant meetings.
Your pre-scheduled agenda will be created in function of your selection. And don’t hesitate to consult the recommendations! Our AI-powered system will propose you relevant matches with other attendees according to mutual profiles.
Depending on the preferences made by all delegates, your profile details, and your behaviour on the platform, the algorithm will set your meeting agenda based on matching scores. Matching score can go from 0 to 100%. Only the meetings with the highest matching scores will be added to your agenda. The system will fill in all the available slots in your agenda. In other terms: up to 16 meetings if you haven’t blocked any meeting slot.
You are guaranteed up to 16 pre-scheduled meetings maximum.
On the 28 of March, you will receive your pre-scheduled meetings agenda. All your pre-scheduled meetings – as part of your registration to the market - will be listed in the section "My schedule". Click on the profile of the delegates you have a meeting with, check their details and prepare for your meetings.
║ Networking & Meetings
The Open Networking Phase will start from 28 March. Browse through all attending delegates by using specific filters and connect with new profiles that match your interests.
You can Request a meeting, Show Interest or Skip on each Profile. As you make your selections, our technology will analyse your preferences to provide more profile recommendations.
Please log-in frequently to accept/decline meeting requests. The more active you are, the better your recommendations will be and in turn, the better your Esports BAR Cannes Networking platform experience!
Requesting a meeting has never been easier.
Click on "Schedule a Meeting" on any profiles you would like to schedule a meeting with.
Set the meeting details and click "Request a meeting".
Keep track of all your meetings. You can follow up on the status of your meeting requests on the section "My Schedule".
NB: You can send up to 50 meeting requests.
You can initiate a connection with an attendee by clicking on the “interested” button on the attendee’s profile. For the connection to be established, the other attendee will have to show interest in you too.
Once connected, the interested tool allows you to open the conversation to start chatting, learn more about each other and ultimately if after chatting you want to request a meeting then you can.
All the profiles you have shown interest into will be listed in the section “My interested list”.
And all the profiles who have shown interest in you will be listed in the section "Interested in you".
When browsing through the attending delegates profiles, you have the possibility to skip a particular profile. Skipping a profile doesn't mean it is gone forever. You can revisit it and make changes in your "Skip list".
To enable the chat option, you will need to either:
Option 1: Have a confirmed meeting with an attendee will allow you to start chatting with him/her.
Option 2: Have mutual interest in each other using the "interest” tool. Having a mutual interest using the interest tool will allow you to start chatting. Show interest in someone and wait for him or her to show interest in you too. Once they show interest in you too, you will receive a notification and the option to chat with them will be available to you. Then, click on the chat icon to open a chat window.
All delegates will be listed in the section “All attendees”. Browse through the sections and filter by specific criteria such as country, company name, company activity, content genres and more.
If you are interested in an attendee’s profile, you will be able to « Request a meeting » or « Show interest » directly on his/her profile.
No excel list can be extracted.
The meeting locations will be on the 3rd floor of the Palais.
The « networking lounge » freeflow meetings with 3 spaces : speed meetings (10 mins) ; Regular meetings (30 mins), Meetings at the Bar (30 mins).
The « VIP Arena » will hold the pre-scheduled meetings only available to VIP, VIP Additionnals & Hosted Brands attendees. There will be signage to indicate and guide you through the different areas.
Click on the button "Add invitee" and ask another colleague to join the meeting.
If the main delegate is unable to attend one meeting, he/she can transfer the meeting to a registered colleague.
